Kinshi Hi-Tech Trickle Tower
The Kinshi High-Tech Trickle Tower effectively converts harmful, dissolved waste products (such as proteins, ammonium, nitrite, etc. ) in pond water into harmless compounds.
The more fish swimming in a pond, the more waste is created. Aerobic bacteria (bacteria which occur in anoxygen-rich environment) break this waste down into nitrate, a substance that is less harmful for water quality.
In order to keep Koi in an optimum state of health, good water quality is essential. In a pond with optimal water values, Koi will feel better and their growth and development will be stimulated.
The water comes into the High-Tech Trickle Filter via the inflow chamber at the top where it is then divided and flows through two spray tubes. Below this are the two trickle units, which are equipped with a perforated bottom allowing water to easily flow through. The user fills the trickle units with a filter material of his or her choice. We recommend a filter material that consists of highly porous rock with a large surface area for the optimal development of useful bacteria.
The Kinshi Hi-Tech Trickle Tower units are also equipped with air holes, which allows oxygen to easily be sucked inside. This results in the best possible oxygen saturation of the water. Due to the excess oxygen, there is a minimal chance of an oxygen deficiency arising in the pond, even during the warmer times of year.
The outflow chamber is equipped with a return flow outlet leading back to the pond. Since we manufacture this product ourselves, this return flow outlet may be adjusted as needed. The back of the lowest chamber is equipped with a 50-mm waste outlet.
The use of high-quality propylene as a basic material guarantees a long product life.
